Cider

A semi-dry, unfiltered cider conditioned on our favorite tropical fruit purees – pineapple and passionfruit – as well as a heaping amount of coconut! We fermented this cider with our house cider yeast, a “bubbly”, dry strain that lends the cider a light body and a crisp, effervescent finish. This allowed for a clean canvas for which to layer the fruit and coconut over.
