flavor big dark chocolate up front, with layers of caramel, toasted bread, fig/raisin, and light fruit esters in the middle, ending with smooth roasted coffee flavor. Finishes with a firm yet clean bitterness and piney, slightly grassy/herbal, and earthy hop notes that invite one back for another sip​
