Wild Blossom’s Rosé, Brut and Frose Cider is now available in the taproom.

Head Brewer, Brad Bergman has a serious beer and cider pedigree. Brad went to Appalachian State University and studied chemistry with an emphasis in Brewing Science. He took brewing courses at SIEBEL Institute. His love for cider began during his time at Angry Orchard, Boston Beer Company/Sam Adams. He took his love to Michigan, where he worked as head Brewer at Petoskey Brewing and he began to brew his own ciders, using local produce and juices from a local farm called Kings Orchard near Central Lake Michigan. Brad joined the Sycamore Brewing team in March, and brings his brewing expertise and cider wizardry!

Wild Blossom Cider is crafted in Sycamore’s 54,000 square foot facility in North End which was completed in Spring of 2017. Beyond the two styles available in the taproom, you can also expect to see more experimental styles over the next few months.
